Soul & Spectrum is a boutique lifestyle brand that provides individuals and small businesses with culturally-rooted products including apparel, accessories, home & living goods, graphic prints, journals, workbooks, and planners. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service, unmatched quality, and meaningful impact.

Operating Hours

We operate Tuesday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Any communication received after business hours will be answered on the following business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.

Non-Refundable Policy

All items are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for custom, digital downloads, or print-on-demand products. All sales are final.

No Social Media Order Updates

We do not provide order updates via social media messenger. All updates will be communicated through email only due to high message volume.

 

Processing + Shipping

- Processing Time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Time: 7–15 business days  (times may be longer depending if it’s peak seasons…i.e. Holidays, etc)
- Customized items: All sales are final.

Customized Policy

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when a custom order is placed.
- Pricing is guaranteed only for the services listed in your original quote.
- Additional services will be added to the final invoice.
- No files or products will be delivered until full payment is received.
- You’ll receive a mock-up within 1–5 business days after placing your order.
- All digital proofs are delivered via email.

Print Policies

- Once a proof is approved, any errors become the responsibility of the client.
- Corrections after approval will incur additional fees.
- If a designer error occurs, Soul & Spectrum will cover the reprint cost.
- Personalized items are final sale.
- If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, notify us within 1–3 days of receipt. We will make it right.

 

Cancellations

If you cancel an order after receiving your mock-up, you may receive store credit only for the unused portion of your purchase.

Response & Revision Policy

To maintain timely production, all revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days. Lack of response within that window will be considered final approval. Your file will be finalized and sent in its current state.

Marketing + Promotions

Final designs may be shared on the Soul & Spectrum website, social platforms, or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
